Ricardo’s Grill and Pub will be closing early on
WEDNESDAY, MAY 20
at 2:00 PM
UPDATE: The ownership of the restaurant has made the decision that we will stay open all day on
Wednesday as normal. While we thought we were doing the right thing by our friend,
we understand that the business of Ricardo’s must be taken into consideration as well.
As such, management is working closely with the employees to make sure
that everyone who wants to attend Mason’s service will be afforded the opportunity to do so.
Again, thank you to our loyal friends and customers for your thoughts and prayers as we get through this difficult time.
Ricardo’s has always been a small, close-knit family. We love what we do, and we love each other, and that shows. Right now though, our hearts are heavy. Our family has gotten smaller, and the loss is great. For those of you who don’t know we lost one of our own this week. His name was Mason Gilbert, and we all loved him. He was invaluable both as an employee, and as a friend. The coming days will be difficult for those of us who worked with him and knew him, and especially for his family. Our strength and prayers go out to everyone whose life Mason touched.
He was a unique person and we will miss him terribly.
And thank you to everyone who has expressed their condolences and remembered us in your prayers.
The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit. -Psalm 34:18
